7588d74ceb Show the wait-ack only on a client's first relayed message. 
Stops repeating the ack on every client message so the private chat is not cluttered after the first contact.

897651abe9 Retry Telegram flood waits so client messages are not dropped. 
Also fix reply-target error detection so fallback without reply_to works when Telegram says the replied message is gone.
